The Lake Little Forest was acquired by King County Parks in 2018.  A small forested lake sits in the middle of this 155-acre park, and a gravel access road leads to the northern shore of the lake.

King County Parks restoration program has been planting native plants to restore vegetation around the lake. And WTA volunteers broke ground on an ADA accessible trail in the spring of 2021. This trail along with a parking area and other improvements will someday make this a more accessible area for recreation.

Currently there is no parking available.

Note: This park connects to the Tomanamus Forest, which is owned by the Muckleshoot Tribe and managed by Hancock Recreation. You need a special permit from Hancock Recreation to access the Tomanamus Forest.

Getting There

From downtown Enumclaw, head east on Highway 410. Turn left on Farman Street on the outskirts of town. Head straight on Farman for about half a mile, then turn right on Battersby Avenue. Continue on Battersby. Just after the Enumclaw Transfer Station bend around to the left and drive a few hundred more feet until the road ends at a gate. This is the entry to the access road, but there is no parking available here yet.
