PREP TIME / COOK TIME
5 minutes / 30 minutes
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dried pears, chopped
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dried orange zest
- pinch of sea salt
Add all ingredients to an insulated mug or bowl, cover with 1/4 cup water.
Cover and let rehydrate for 20-30 minutes. If a bit dry, add a little more water as needed.
Stir the rice, top with walnuts.
